I can't download or open the product, I am getting errors.

I am so sorry you are having problems downloading the course.  We will do everything in our power to make sure you get everything, and open it just fine.

First of all, if you are using a smart phone or tablet, we've created a special download page for you.

If you are a customer please open a support ticket (by clicking any support link on this page) and give us your order information so we can send you the download page.

Now...if you try that and it still doesn't work, we'll need a little more information to help you.

2. Which EXACT files are giving you the error, and what is the EXACT error message you are receiving for each?
